“It’s important to keep an updated online image.” said Hogan. “Many people will look at our website before deciding to do business with us, so it has to represent us well.”
Washingtonsavings.com is the Bank’s online presence that details product and services the bank offers to the Greater Lowell Community. Customers use the site to log into their online banking, complete routine customer service functions and can learn about and apply for a mortgage.
“Like our previous design, the new design incorporates Responsive Design," said Sean Lydon VP Retail Banking. “This means the site will be optimally displayed on various screen sizes from desktop monitors to cell phones.”
Washington Savings Bank was established in Lowell on April 6, 1892 and has since served the Merrimack Valley through branches in Lowell and Dracut.
