Borrowing against your own funds secured by a Washington Savings Bank Certificate of Deposit, is a fast, convenient, low cost way of obtaining a loan. No credit check or proof of income is required.

• Maximum term: up to 60 months; loan maturity date must match CD maturity date.
• Loan Amount: up to 95% of the CD balance
• Rate: fixed rate equal to th CD rate plus 2.00%
• A balance of at least $5,000 qualifies you for an additional 10 cents for every debit card purchase on our Cash Rewards Checking accounts.
