Jim is a Lawyer licensed to practice in Massachusetts as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Jerry Frechette

He has held several different positions in banking over the years and he has considerable lending experience. He is the Banks Senior Lending Officer, Compliance Officer and CRA Officer. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Bankers School for Financial Studies at Babson College and he holds several diplomas from the American Bankers Association’s American Institution of Banking. He is a Lowell native and is proud to live in Lowell with his wife and two daughters.

He joined the Bank in October of 2007 with a mandate to update the Bank’s product line. In addition to a host of new online services and opening branches till 3PM on Saturdays, Sean introduced industry first products of Cash Rewards Free Checking and a Free Online Safebox for all customers. He lives in Methuen with his wife and two children.
